What gets set up, and why each part matters
Paid ads tend to waste spend in a few familiar ways: broad keywords that match unrelated searches, ads that send people to a busy home page, forms that email nobody, and conversion tracking that counts page views as inquiries. The service covers each of those points.
- Search and social campaigns built around what you sell and who buys it.
- Landing pages with one offer and one short form.
- Conversion tracking tested end to end before launch.
- A handoff into your inbox or CRM so each inquiry reaches a person.
How many people respond still depends on your market and the platforms. The setup makes the spend easier to read.
How the four services fit together
Each service can stand alone, though they depend on each other more than people expect. A search campaign sends clicks to a page. The page needs a form that works on a phone. The form needs to send each inquiry somewhere a person will see it, and the ad platform needs to be told when that happens so it can learn which clicks matter. Paid social follows the same chain, sometimes with the form inside Meta or LinkedIn instead of on your site. If one link is weak, the reports stop making sense. That is why plenty of requests cover two or three services at once.

The first steps
Starting is mostly a matter of answering questions.
- Send the form with a short description of what you need.
- A service partner contacts you and asks about goals, budget, channels and current tracking.
- Scope is written down: which platforms, how many campaigns and pages, what gets tracked and how often you get reports.
- The partner quotes you, and you sign only if it suits you.
Why there are no prices on this site
Paid traffic work is priced on scope, and scope differs a lot between businesses. A company with one search campaign and solid tracking needs far less work than one launching on three platforms with new landing pages and call tracking. Reporting adds to it too: a weekly meeting takes more time than a monthly email. The partner quotes after seeing what you have. Your ad spend is billed by the platforms to you and sits outside that quote.
Common questions
Is ad spend included in the management fee?
Usually not. In most setups you pay the ad platform directly, by card or invoice, for clicks and impressions. The service partner charges a separate fee for setup and management. Keeping the two apart means you can see exactly what went to Google, Microsoft or Meta. Ask any provider to state both clearly in the proposal.
How long are contracts for this kind of work?
It varies by provider. Some work month to month after setup. Others ask for a minimum term so there is enough data to judge the account. Ask about the minimum term, the notice period, and whether setup fees are charged again if you come back later. All of it should be in the written proposal.
Can anyone promise a set number of leads?
No. Ad platforms run auctions and choose where ads appear, and people decide whether to respond. Offer, price, competition and season all play a part. A service partner can set up campaigns, test and measure carefully, and report what happened. Be wary of any provider that promises a lead count before it has seen your account.
Does this site sell leads or contact lists?
No. The services here build and run advertising in your own accounts, so inquiries come to you directly from people who saw your ads. Nothing on this site sells contact lists, shared leads or data gathered from other sources.
Will I need to answer leads myself?
Yes, or someone on your side will. The service partner sets up how inquiries are captured and routed, for example an email alert, a CRM entry or a text notification. Who answers and how fast is up to your business, and that response often matters as much as the ads themselves.
If your ads, pages or follow-up need attention, describe the problem and get a scoped quote.
